5 APPETIZING HIGH PROTEIN SNACKS

How are you guys, so today I will make a blog on high protein snacks because some people suggested me to make a blog on evening high protein snacks.

So let’s begin:

(High protein snacks) Recipe 1:

Ingredients:

# Chop 1 onion and 1 capsicum.

# Shred 100 grams of boiled chicken breast.

Into the bowl add all ingredients

*Add 1tbsp tomato sauce. 

*Mix well.

*Two slices of brown bread.

*Add Mozzarella Cheese 40grams(both slices).

Process:

Place slices of bread on a low flame pan cover it and cook it for 2-3 mins till the cheese melts.

(High Protein snacks) Recipe 2:

Ingredients:

# 150gms of raw boneless chicken.

# lemon juice and salt. (according to taste)

# Turmeric and chilli powder. (according to taste)

# 2tbsp curd.

Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Process:

Add 1tbsp olive oil/ coconut oil spread it on a low heated pan.

Cook your chicken approx 7-8 mins.

Let it cool.

Toast two slices of brown bread (no oil used).

Cut your chicken into small pieces.

Add 1tbsp curd over bread.

Add some sliced cabbage and sliced beetroot. 

Place your chicken pieces over it.

Add some more curd over your chicken.

Ingredients:

# 1 onion.

# 1 capsicum.

# 1 carrot.

# 1 mushroom.

# 150 grams paneer.

Process:

Add 1tbsp olive oil/ coconut oil spread it on a low heated pan.

1tbsp chopped garlic toss it on a pan.

When garlic turns brown add all the vegetables.

Cook about 4-5mins (high flame).

Add salt according to taste.

Add 1tbsp chilli sauce.

Mix well.

Cook for 2mins.

Add paneer and onion leaves.

Mix well.

Ingredients:

# 6 egg whites.

# Oats.

# vanilla extract.

Process:

Add 6 egg whites in a bowl.

50grams oats.

1tbsp vanilla extract.

mix well.

Add 1tbsp olive oil/ coconut oil spread it on a low heated pan.

Add the mixture on a pan.

Cook both sides (medium flame).

Add 1tbsp peanut butter over the omelet.

1 tbsp honey.

Ingredients:

#Banana.

#Apple.

#Pomegranate.

Process:

Chop 1 Banana.

Grate 1 Apple.

Place it in a bowl 

Add 50grams Pomegranate.

Add 1 scoop whey protein and 200ml toned milk in a shaker.

Mix well.

Mix whey protein shake with your fruits.

NOTE:

You can consume these snacks if you are not doing physical workout except recipe 5 it is only for those who are doing a physical workout. Trust me these snacks are good in taste and take less time to prepare.
